Commissioning of 2 Terex to Necotrans in Cameroon

December 19, 2015 Uncategorized

This month, BIA delivered and commissioned to GETMA – a subsidiary of NECOTRANS – two TEREX machines in Douala for the Port operations : a RT100 and a TFC45.

The 100 Ton lifting capacity rough terrain crane RT100 offers class leading boom tip height and exceptional maneuverability. These features are integrated with advanced hydraulics and electronics to provide the operator with unmatched ease-of-use and productivity.

The reach stacker TFC45 is not only capable of stacking up to five high-cube containers (9’6’’) in the first row. Due to its compact design and rigid construction it also allows for high capacity stacking in the second and even the third
container row.

In addition, two training sessions were provided by BIA and TEREX to the customer’s technicians  for daily maintenance, small repairs and follow-up.

A local stock of spare parts is already in BIA Cameroon premises to assure the customer’s smooth operations.
