Komatsu dealership

BIA has been a Komatsu distributor for more than 20 years, in Europe as well as in over 20 African countries. In 2013, BIA was asked by a mining customer to sell and service a major equipment fleet, in agreement with Komatsu, then the official distributor of Komatsu in Zambia. 6 years later, BIA is taking care of more than 120 mining equipment. In order to upgrade customers’ service and rationalize operations in Zambia, Komatsu has now decided that BIA be its sole dealer in Zambia.

New Kitwe facility
